1. About the Service

GrönKoll ("the Service") is provided by Tingsteq Solutions AB, reg. no. [to be added], ("we", "us"). The Service is an AI-powered tool that scans web pages to identify environmental claims that potentially do not meet the requirements of the EU ECGT directive (Directive 2024/825).

2. No Legal Advice

Important: GrönKoll is an analysis tool and does not provide legal advice. The results from our scans should be viewed as guidance and do not replace professional legal advice. We recommend consulting a lawyer for final compliance assessments.

3. User Account

  • You can perform 1 free scan without an account.
  • Additional scans require a registered account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only scan web pages you have the right to analyze.
  • Not use the service to harm, disrupt, or overload other websites.
  • Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations or security features.
  • Not use the service for illegal purposes.

5. AI Analysis and Accuracy

GrönKoll uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to analyze web page content. AI analysis is not perfect and may:

  • Miss certain environmental claims (false negatives).
  • Flag claims that do not actually violate the rules (false positives).
  • Give varying results when repeatedly scanning the same page.

We continuously work to improve accuracy but cannot guarantee that all results are correct.

6. Payment and Subscription

  • Free: 1 scan without an account, limited scans with an account.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
  • Refunds are made in accordance with consumer protection law where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tingsteq Solutions AB is not responsible for decisions made based on GrönKoll's analysis results. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service during the past 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including design, code, and AI models, belongs to Tingsteq Solutions AB. Your scan results belong to you.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish general courts.
