How We Use AI
GrönKoll uses artificial intelligence to analyze website environmental claims against the EU ECGT directive. All AI-generated results are clearly labeled in the interface, in PDF reports, and in emails.

We use Claude by Anthropic as our AI model. Anthropic is a leading AI safety company. We chose Claude for its strong language understanding, safety focus, and high-quality output.

ECGT Compliance Scanning
AI analyzes web page text content to identify environmental claims that potentially violate ECGT directive rules on greenwashing.

Flagged claims with severity, category, reason, and improvement suggestions
Your Data & AI
- Website content is sent to Anthropic's API only when you actively run a scan.
- Anthropic does not use your data to train their models (per their API terms).
- AI analysis may contain inaccuracies — always review the results.
- We store scan results in your dashboard but do not share them with third parties.
EU AI Act Compliance
GrönKoll is classified as a limited-risk AI system under the EU AI Act. We comply with transparency obligations by:
- Clearly labeling all AI-generated analyses in the user interface.
- Disclosing the AI provider and model used (this page).
- Informing users what data is processed by AI and how.
- Giving users full control over when AI features are triggered.
